Provenance cuts is a professional cutting room (butchery), formed to help diversify Coverwood Farm, a livestock farm located in the Surrey Hills.

Our mission is to provide the finest, pasture fed meat, delivered direct from the farmer.

Our animals are raised at Coverwood Farm in a stress free environment surrounded by grass in the heart of the Surrey Hills. This means the meat has a full bodied flavour as well as being sustainable.

On top of this, all other meat processed at Provenance cuts must adhere to strict criteria, among other things, it must be grass fed, ethical, sustainably raised and sourced from farms within the Surrey Hills.

The cutting room was purpose built to provide the highest standards of production and is Food Standards Agency certified. .

We pride ourselves on the skill and art of our butchery. All meat is hand cut to ensure artisan perfection each and every time.
