Collection

Collection is by appointment only.

Cancellation

Due to the nature of the produce you cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched (You will receive an email when it is sent).

We reserve the right to cancel an order without prior warning.

Meat Weight

All weight figures stated are approximate. Artisan butchery, means that each cut will vary slightly.

Frozen Meat

All Meat is blast frozen immediately after being cut. This naturally preserves the quality of the meat without the use of preservatives.

The fact the meat is blast frozen means that it will retain its quality.

If frozen domestically the meat will freeze slower and when you come to defrost it, the quality can degrade due to water crystals. This does not happen with our meat.
