0.8kg and 1.2kg Brisket Joints

Brisket is one of the less tender cuts of beef. However with a little time and slow cooking the meat can be softened to release the full bodied-flavour. An excellent slow roasting cut that requires a little more effort but the results are very rewarding.

BBQ Brisket has been cut much like a steak, so can be simply fried/grilled off to create a tender and quick meal. Great for the Summer.

All meat is frozen to ensure the quality is naturally preserved.
